This class introduces students to the basic principles
and postures of yoga in a gentle and nurturing environment.
Level 1
Yoga:
Classes are designed to introduce
and teach basic yoga postures, philosophy and breath. Level
2 Yoga:
This class is designed for
students who have spent six months or more in Level 1 classes and are ready to be move on to more advanced postures. Shoulderstand and Halasana are introduced.
Level
3 Yoga:
Students in this class have spent
at least one year in Level 1 & 2 classes, and are ready to work on more in-depth principles and postures. Shoulderstand
and Halasana are explored and other inversions, such as handstands, headstands and more, are introduced. Level 4 Yoga: Class is for teachers and serious students. Advanced instruction given. All inversions,
inversion variations, backbends and more challenging poses are taught. All
Levels Yoga:
This
class is for all levels teaching students everything from the basic postures of Iyengar yoga combined with more
advanced poses and in-depth principles.
Classes must be paid for in advance,
and are non-refundable and not transferable.
