Gary Hirschman
Gary has been studying and practicing yoga with Iyengar teachers since 1981, teaching since 1994. Gary began meditating in 1972 and has been practicing and studying various techniques that have helped him quiet his mind. Gary relocated to Stuart in 2001 and has been teaching at the Yoga Center of Stuart since 2002 and his classes reflect his knowledge and insight of yoga and meditation.

Joan Moore
Joan has been active in physical fitness most of her life. She has been certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training by the American Council on Exercise for more than 20 years. She is a certified triathlon and marathon coach and has coached hundreds of people in both events over the last 10 years. Joan has been teaching at the Yoga Center of Stuart since the early 1990 when it first opened.  She brings her knowledge and enthusiasm to her classes.

Carol Fridolph
Carol has been a CIYT (certified Iyengar Yoga teacher) since 1994. She has studied this style of yoga since 1987, and has been an active student of Manouso Manos since 1990.  She has traveled to Pune, India four times to study with the Iyengars
. Carol is also certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Carol shares her passion and love of yoga with her students.

Gail Ricci

Gail has been practicing yoga since 2001.  She received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2007 and began teaching in 2013.  Her background as a registered nurse and her love of anatomy give her students detail instruction on body alignment. 

Angie Rosecrans

Angie began studying yoga in 2004 when she was at an ashram in India.  There she realized yoga was not something you did on a mat but a way of life.  She is a RYT with Yoga Alliance since 2015.  Angie has traveled the world studying and teaching yoga.  Her teaching style is calm and relaxing. 

Charlie Harvey
Charlie started practicing yoga in 2016, helping him heal from addiction.  He graduated from Kula Yoga Shala's teacher training program in 2017.  Charlie finds the rythym of Vinyasa deeply devotional.  His energy and passion invigorate his class.
