Yoga is a systematic process that helps people
gain strength, flexibility and balance. By using postures (asanas) and controlled breathing (pranayama) students gain
physical and mental stamina which directly effects their well-being.
Yoga
Center of Stuart provides yoga instructors who have extensive training and continued practice. Each student
is provided with individualized instruction on how to nurture muscular and postural balance and stability and relieve discomfort.
